We store and process all your information in Core Data (provided by Apple), which means all information collected is processed and stored on your phone itself; we do not store it anywhere else.
Matter Utilities provides in-app purchases that allow users to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, access, or store your payment information, such as credit card or billing details. Any transaction information received from Apple is limited to purchase confirmation and is used solely to validate and enable the features you have purchased. This information is not shared with third parties and is only used to provide you with the services you requested.
Title of Subscription: Professional Plan Length of Subscription: One Month, automatically renews unless canceled Price: Displayed in your local currency within the app and may vary by region The Professional plan provides access to advanced features, such as 1-tap automation test and Advanced Device Verify Mode, and other premium functionalities. Matter Utilities also offers auto-renewable subscriptions, allowing users to continue enjoying these premium benefits. When you subscribe, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hour before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and renewal costs will be the same as the subscription price shown in the app.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings:
Settings > Apple ID (your name) > Subscriptions > select Professional Plan > Cancel
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your access to premium features will end.
